Air Cooled Screw Water Chiller with Water tank, water pump
The chiller consists of four main parts: compressor, evaporator, condenser, expansion valve, so as to achieve the cooling and heating effect of the chiller. The Air-cooled industrial water chiller is mainly used to cool the heating components of the equipment to ensure that machine operate with a constant temperature. That it can well worked for process gas compressor's cooling process with low gas temperature as clients required for.
As an industrial water chiller, this air cooled screw chiller has the following FEATURES:
1. Refrigeration Cooling capacity: 180kw~1520kw
2. Cooling conditions: Chilled water inlet temperature is 12˚C, outlet temperature is 7˚C. Ambient temperature is 35˚C.
3. Input power: normal in stock 380V/50Hz.3ph, Allowable fluctuate voltage: ± 10%, allowable voltage difference in phase: ± 2%. Special customize voltage, please inquiry contact us to unit quote.
4. Measuring noise spot: 2m ahead and 1.5m high in front of chiller with average measurement on four dimensions
5. Semi-closed 5: 6 asymmetric twin-screw compressor from world-renowned brand, trouble-free operation over 100000hours.
6. Eight stages volume control or 0%-100% automatic regulation.
7. Fluoride-resistant high-performance motor from French.
8. Use PLC microcomputer control from Germany Siemens LCD touch screen, in English operation manual and human-machine interface.
9. Wide range of variable chilled water temperature to meet the industrial requirements throughout whole year.
10. Friendly choose to use environmentally R407C or R134A refrigerant.
