The diaphragm compressor is a kind of compressor which have a special structure, good tightness. The gas can't contact any lubricant, so the cleanliness of the compressed gas is extremely high, and it's especially suitable for certain rare gas's compression, transmission, or bottling, and it also applies to corrosive, toxic, flammable, explosive gas. Widely used in the food industry, chemical industry, petroleum industry, mili-tary industry, air separation, manufacture, energy, aviation, etc.

Pressure oil supplement is adopted for compressor, namely, the lubricant, after coarse filtering, is pressurized by passing through gear pump for fine filtering, then enter slippage pump, this kind of pressurized lubricating oil can prevent the occurrence of non-oiling due to the air existing in slippage pump; at the same time, it can prevent small particles from entering slippage pump to damage plunger, thus lengthening the service life of slippage pump.

(1) The compressor is equipped with a diaphragm rupture automatic protection device, and the control system alarms when the diaphragm ruptures.
(2) When the compressor exhaust pressure exceeds the set pressure, the control system alarms. ensure safety and reliability of operation of the compressor;

 Test and inspection
1. Part Material Inspection: Before shipment inspecting the mechanical properties and chemical composition of the following parts and provide inspection reports: cylinder, cylinder head, crankshaft, crankcase, main bearing, connecting rod, piston rod, piston rod, cross head, connecting rod bush connecting bolt, cross head pin, etc. 
2. Nondestructive inspection: the supplier shall perform non-destructive inspection of the following parts.
Hydrostatic test and pressure test
The test pressure of cylinder block, cylinder head, piston and other compressed parts is at least 1.5 times of the maximum allowable working pressure, and lasts more than 30 minutes. The test pressure of the above parts of the water chamber is at least 1.5 times the maximum allowable working pressure, not less than 0.6MPa.
